Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to create an account or use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.
• Attempt to access accounts, data, or systems you are not authorized to access.
• Interfere with, disrupt, or overload the Service.
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation.
• Upload malicious code or content that is unlawful, harmful, or abusive.

Bookings made through the Service are subject to availability and to any program-specific terms. Cancellation and rescheduling policies, including any refund terms once paid bookings are enabled, will be presented at the time of booking and form part of these Terms.

Game Masters who pick up assignments through the Service do so as independent contractors, not as employees of Wyldwolf Games, unless a separate written agreement states otherwise. Nothing in these Terms creates an employment, partnership, or agency relationship.

Certain assignments may require a background check, completed through our screening provider, and completion of onboarding requirements before an assignment may be performed.

When paid features are enabled, payments are processed by our third-party payment providers (Stripe and Square). You agree to their applicable terms, and you authorize the relevant charges. Fees and any applicable taxes will be disclosed before you complete a transaction.

The Service, including its software, design, and content (excluding content you submit), is owned by Wyldwolf Games LLC and protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute it except as permitted by these Terms.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wyldwolf Games LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or revenue, arising from your use of the Service.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Wyldwolf Games LLC and its personnel from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you violate these Terms or if necessary to protect the Service or its users. You may stop using the Service at any time.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Minnesota, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version with a new effective date, and continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
